転がるのよマイルストーンの巻

ついに、ロードマップに alpha 4 マイルストーンが登場 !!

初期案：

• branching on March 10th (the second Saturday)
• freezing the release branch on April 21st (the third Saturday)
• releasing on May 14th (the second Monday)

ということで、alpha 3 （6/20リリース） と同じぐらいに出そうな感じです。
GUI 翻訳系はそれまでに Pootle に移行なるかな ？
